A foundation course explaining how to approach a vegan diet. There are many ways to embrace eating the vegan way, one thing all vegans have in common is a plant based diet which avoids all animal foods such as meat (including fish, shellfish and insects), dairy, eggs and honey. You will leave armed with some useful information to begin your own vegan journey.

Food demonstration which will highlight just how easy it is to make plant based everyday favourite eats - think “comfort food” and the many meat classics presented vegan style. All recipes are easily prepared using just a knife, chop board, grater and pair of willing newly inspired hands. *Note - if you do own a blender or food processor then the preparation process is likely to be even quicker.
