This Workshop is designed to showcase how eating more mindfully can lift our mood and bring joy. Are you aware that all feelings essentially stem from our 2nd brain - our guts. We take a deep dive into the many reasons to keep switching up both how and what we eat. Includes a diverse range of recipes that can massively improve overall wellbeing. Our dishes are vibrant, versatile, packed with flavour and mostly quick and simple to prepare. Carefully selected ingredients that will make you fall back in love with cooking, nourishing ideas to suit everyone that are guaranteed to bring you long term health.

Food demonstration to showcase the ease of putting together dishes abundant in flavour, nutrition, texture and colour. All recipes are easily prepared using just a knife, chop board, grater and pair of willing newly inspired hands. *Note - if you do own a blender or food processor then the preparation process is likely to be even quicker.
