Simple Summer Eats
There is nothing more rewarding than Summer cooking when there’s an endless abundance of incredibly fresh, vibrant ingredients at our fingertips. Locally sourced, homegrown or gifted seasonal produce can keep meal times affordable and easy to execute. I’ll be sharing how to embellish these with some basic store cupboard staples too. “Al fresco” eating also plays a big part in the enjoyment of how we experience food and drink, so will give you my top tips on how to present a relaxed feasting table. We’ll be tackling food waste as well as repurposing leftovers - spice it up, jam it, jar it, pickle it, freeze it - we’ll explore all this and more together. Join me for some food fun as we cook a clutch of simple, speedy recipes to keep Summer eats fresh, exciting and nourishing too.
