Cooking for Health is an exciting place to start if you’re stuck in a food rut or looking to be reinspired. This is a hands-on kitchen day offering you an experience of supported cooking with a chance to be individually mentored - learn different cooking skills and how to use some new essential store cupboard staples. We will prepare an array of fast, simple wholesome dishes, all easily adaptable to suit various dietary requirements. Leave empowered with fresh ideas of how to embellish some family favourites but also how to approach a more balanced eating regime that’s going to keep you nourished daily.
